Automation

Business process automation: the routine moves to the system

Retyping, matching and reminding move to the system. People decide and review. We do not change how you work, we take the manual part out of it.

What stops being manual.

Most businesses have the same few places where time leaks away: copying between programs, matching spreadsheets, reminding from memory. That is where automation pays back first.

What we automate.

How we work.

  1. A map of the day

Together we describe how one real day goes and where time is lost.

  2. The first automation

We pick the one place with the most retyping and take it first.

  3. Live, with approval

The system prepares, a person approves. Every step leaves a trace.

  4. The next one

We move to the next process when the first one already earns its place.

A person decides.

We do not automate everything. If a process happens a few times a year, it is cheaper to leave it manual, and we will say so. Payment, signature and the reply to a client stay with a person. The system prepares, matches and reminds.

It suits processes that repeat every day or every week and pass through the same people. It does not suit something that happens twice a year. We will tell you which is which at the first meeting.
